Montgomery County Police are investigating the shooting death of Rafael Jeremias Brewster, 32, of Beltsville, who was found in the roadway in the 1700 block of January Drive in White Oak on Thursday, September 10.
According to police, the Emergency Communications Center received a report of a shooting at approximately 2:05pm.
