FREE Lunar New Year’s Celebration at the DAR Museum in DC

This year of 2024 is the Year of the Dragon in the Chinese Zodiac calendar. Lunar New Year celebrations are being held throughout the United States by Chinese Americans and other Asian American groups as well as other interested parties. The public is invited to celebrate the Year of the Dragon.

A Lunar New Year Festival will be held in Washington, D.C. on Saturday, February 17, 2024, at the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) Museum. The hours of the Festival are 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The DAR Museum is located at 1776 D Street NW in Washington, D.C.

This is a FREE Family Friendly celebration which will feature GAMES, FOOD, and PERFORMANCES. It will be presented in conjunction with the Vietnam Society and the Taipei Economic and Cultural Representative Office in the United States.

The event is FREE but registration is requested for the free tickets.
