Jury struggles to reach a verdict in deadly Catholic University shooting

WASHINGTON — On day five of deliberations, a DC jury is struggling to reach a verdict in the trial of a deadly 2023 shooting on Catholic University.

At around noon on Wednesday, a juror delivered a note to the court that stated, “we are not coming to an agreement.”
