WASHINGTON — A man was killed in a crash along the Beltway on Thursday, leaving outer loop lanes closed for several hours overnight. Lanes were back open to traffic just before 4 a.m. Friday.
Troopers from the Maryland State Police Department were called to the westbound I-495 outer loop and Georgia Avenue at 10 p.m. for reports of a crash. First responders arrived at the scene and located a man.
