WASHINGTON — An 18-year-old was identified in a fatal shooting on Thursday, May 7, on the 4500 block of Wisconsin Avenue.
Brady Flowers Jr., of Southwest, DC, succumbed to his injuries on Friday, May 8 after being shot the day before near Tenleytown Metro Station.
On Thursday, May 7, around 4:35 p.m. Second District officers responded to the 4500 block of Wisconsin Avenue, Northwest after a report of a shooting, according to police. When officers arrived on scene and found a male, who was later identified as Flowers Jr., suffering from a gunshot wound in an alley behind a building.
