WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — D.C. police said an investigation is underway after a Wednesday morning stabbing left a teenage boy injured in the Eckington neighborhood.
Officers found the teen with stab wounds in the 1500 block of Harry Thomas Way, Northeast, after responding to the incident just after 8:15 a.m., according to the Metropolitan Police Department.
Medics transported the injured boy to the hospital for treatment. Officials noted that he was conscious and breathing.
