The family of a woman and her fiancé who died in a Fairfax County crash are looking for support in the wake of the accident.
The crash happened near the intersection of I-66 eastbound and Chain Bridge Road shortly after midnight May 17. Xiomara Herrera, 30, of Falls Church, died at the scene, and her fiancé, Alejandro Rodriguez Castillo, 27, of Sterling, died at a hospital. The couple’s two-year-old daughter remains in critical condition at a hospital and an eight-year-old child received non-life-threatening injuries as well.
A cousin of Herrera’s has started a fundraiser to help cover medical costs for the children and funeral expenses…
