A 2.6-acre site is slated for an “auto condo” in West Palm Beach.
Palm Beach Auto Haus will measure two stories and feature 20 private car storage units. Each unit will come outfitted with private mezzanines, high-end finishings, and state-of-the-art security systems.
In addition to offering secure storage space for ultra-luxury vehicles, members will have access to a variety of on-site amenities, including padel courts, co-working space, and a racing studio. In total, the venture will span approximately 111,637 square feet of new construction and replace a bowling alley.
PB Vaults Development LLC is the developer. The firm is an affiliate of Miami-based Newgard Group; it currently has the site under contract from its current owner.
