WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — A West Palm Beach community is once again facing uncertainty, and this time, residents say they had no warning.
Tenants at the Green Terrace condo complex on Georgia Avenue just south of Belvedere Road are being told they could soon be forced out as the property heads toward foreclosure over more than $1.4 million in unpaid water bills owed to the city.
