Parents charged with murder in Wichita infant’s death

WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – Parents of a 4-month-old boy who died after being found not breathing at a Wichita home last week face charges that include first-degree murder, Sedgwick County court records show.

The complaint against 30-year-old Kyrstian Michael Manning and 27-year-old Destiny Chrystal Manning shows that each is charged with murder in the first degree, child abuse and several counts of aggravated child endangerment. In all, the couple faces charges on nine counts, the complaint shows.
