WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – A woman found guilty of manslaughter earlier this year was sentenced Thursday for a crash that killed a 71-year-old woman in 2023.
Valerie Palace was sentenced to 77 months in prison, the maximum sentence allowed by Kansas law, after she was convicted in April of involuntary manslaughter and aggravated battery while driving under the influence.
