Rodent droppings, cockroaches, foul smells, filthy conditions, employees who didn’t wash their hands after touching their faces, an overflowing drain, holes in ceilings, missing records, stained bed linens, missing food labels, exposed light sockets, hair on a bed and more are among violations state inspectors discovered during recent food safety and lodging inspections in the Wichita area.
