WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) — Two men ages 18 and 19 years old have been charged with a kidnapping and armed robbery related to what Sedgwick County prosecutors describe as a domestic violence incident.
A complaint filed Aug. 6 accuses Jace Alan Stafford and Curtis Douglas of forcing a teen victim, identified only as “A.R.,” into a vehicle on Aug. 3 using threats and a firearm, and inflicting bodily harm.
Both men face counts of aggravated kidnapping, aggravated robbery, aggravated assault, criminal threat, and aggravated intimidation of a witness. Prosecutors say the two took the victim’s phone at gunpoint and attempted to prevent the teen from reporting the attack…
