WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — The Kansas Department of Transportation announced five new short-term highway projects in the Wichita metro area on Friday.
On Monday, the left lane of eastbound Kansas Highway 254 at the 45th Street bridge will be closed from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The right lane will be closed the following day during the same hours, but access to the 45th Street exit ramp will remain open.
Kansas drivers face potential delays on US Highway 56
On Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., the left lane of westbound U.S. Highway 54, from Hoover to Dugan roads, will be closed for lawn care and litter removal.
The left lane of northbound Interstate 135 at the Gooseberry Bridge will also be closed on Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The right lane will be closed the following day during the same hours…
