BUTLER COUNTY —A suspect is underinvestigation for a hit-and-run incident that critically injured a girl walking her dog in Butler County.
Just after 7pm on Monday, a car driven by 21-year-old Alex James Hinojosa struck the girl in the 1000 back of Campbell in Augusta, according to a report from Augusta Department of Public Safety.
The juvenile suffered critical injuries and was transported to a Wichita hospital. Hinohosa left the scene of the accident, however debris in the roadway suggested the suspect’s vehicle was a 2005-2009 Pontiac G6, unknown color…
