SEDGWICK COUNTY—A man accused in a deadly home-invasion shooting on Christmas weekend is due back in court Friday.
Matthew D. Morgan, 54, Wichita, is scheduled for a preliminary hearing before Judge Tyler Roush, according to the Sedgwick County District Attorney’s office. The judge is expected to determine if there is enough evidence to move the case to a trial.
