WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – The City of Wichita approved funding to revitalize the Nomar district on Tuesday.
The investment, which has been in the works since 2022, will benefit the north Wichita area located near 21st and Arkansas. Empower, the organization behind the revitalization project, asked the community what they wanted to see in the Nomar district.
