WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – Wichita Public Schools will launch its summer food program in a little over a week, allowing children to eat free twice a day at any one of 33 locations across the city.
The summer food program will begin May 27 and go through July 24. Thursday is the last day of school for students in Kansas’ largest district.
The free meal program is open to anyone 18 years old or younger, and no pre-registration is required…
