Leadership Central Delaware (LCD) is a 10-month program that meets on the first Thursday of every month for a comprehensive day of tours, presentations, lessons, and introductions of all Central Delaware has to offer. The year kicks off with an immersive overnight Opening Retreat to allow classmates to connect on a personal and professional level. This is the perfect chance for everyone to meet the fellow leaders they will be teamed with for this goal-oriented educational journey.
