A fourth defendant has pleaded guilty in the Chester Community Charter School West Campus child abuse case, stemming from allegations that students in the school’s emotional support program were physically abused by staff.
Arijah Clements, 20, of Chester, entered a guilty plea before County Common Pleas Court Judge Mary Alice Brennan to four charges of failure to report the endangering welfare of a child. She was sentenced to 15 months of electronic monitoring for two of the counts and 18 months of probation for the other two counts. The three others who pled guilty include Ryan Ridley, 36, to two counts of failure to report abuse; Leroy Campbell, 58, pled guilty to one count of endangering the welfare of children and seven counts of failure to report; and Asia Pena, 37, pled guilty to two counts of failure to report.
