The final ramp of the Interstate 95 interchange project in Newark opened Wednesday, marking another step toward completion of the three-year project.
The ramp, which accommodates traffic merging from Del. 896 onto southbound I-95, is “the final major milestone of the project,” said Alyssa Girouard, a spokesperson for the construction company Wagman Heavy Civil.
