Police in Delaware County have arrested a fourth suspect in connection with a strong-arm robbery at a Wawa earlier this year.
Investigators said 19-year-old Harlem Cobb is one of seven suspects accused of assaulting and robbing a victim inside the Lansdowne store on March 13.
