A water rescue was underway in Chester on Sunday night, with a car spotted getting towed away from the scene.
NBC10 was there in the area of Norris and Front streets as a large police presence was conducting a water rescue. First responders and medical examiners were spotted at the scene as well.
At some point, a damaged car was towed away from the scene.
No word yet on if there were any injuries or what exactly prompted the water rescue mission…
