TROY, N.Y. (WNYT)-A Delaware fugitive wanted on attempted murder charges was arrested in Troy after investigators tracked him to the Capital Region, according to the U.S. Marshals Service.
U.S. Marshals said members of the Albany Division of the New York/New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force arrested Emanuel Greaves on a New Castle County, Delaware Police Department warrant. The warrant includes two counts of First-Degree Attempted Murder and possession of a firearm.
Greaves is believed to be responsible for a shooting in Newark, Delaware on March 15, according to a release from the U.S. Marshals. Investigators said he fled Delaware and was hiding in the Capital Region before task force members traced him to a residence in Troy…
