WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – A 23-year-old Wilmington man faces multiple charges, including felony serious injury by vehicle and driving while impaired, following a crash late Friday night on US-74.
Bryan Andrew Urena was arrested after the crash occurred around 10:51 p.m. Friday, Sept. 25, near USS North Carolina Road, according to court records and a citation issued by the North Carolina State Highway Patrol.
Troopers said Urena was driving a 2007 Dodge pickup truck towing a boat trailer when the crash happened. The charging trooper wrote on the citation that serious injuries were reported at the scene and additional charges were pending through the magistrate’s office due to an injury described as “possible fatal.”…
