LELAND, N.C. (WECT) – A brush fire threatened several homes near Leland on Saturday afternoon, according to a Facebook post from Winnabow Volunteer Fire Department.
The fire broke out at 1:15 p.m. Leland Fire Department responded to the scene with assistance from Winnabow Volunteer Fire Department, to help suppress the fire.
