GRAFTON – A new senior housing project may be coming to Grafton.
Worcester Community Housing Resources, Inc. has applied through Chapter 40B to construct a 48-unit residential rental development to be located on a parcel of land at 25 Worcester Street, near Grafton Common and Bushel ’N Peck.
“It is our opinion that this project fits within the scale of development that the Grafton Affordable Housing Trust identified in their RFP and will fit comfortably on the site.
