As September continues, it is almost time for the return of The Big E, filling Massachusetts with two jam-packed weeks of entertainment, contests, rides, games and of course, food.
Foodies know that The Big E is famous for its outrageous fair food, with one-of-a-kind items including deep-fried calzones, chocolate-covered pickles, pork belly lollipops, cheeseburger nachos and plenty more. This year, The Big E will introduce over 100 new food items, including drinks, desserts and snacks of all different cuisines.

- Artery Clogger Panini: a grilled panini stuffed with Nutella, brie cheese and bacon (Calabrese Market, East Road Food Court)
