After April’s standout Salted Caramel, I was eager to see what May would bring to the menu. When I heard Marylou’s Coffee, the iconic hot pink coffee chain found across Massachusetts and Rhode Island, announced the flavor of the month was Blueberry Pancake, I was super excited! Blueberry pancakes are my absolute favorite, specifically Maine blueberry pancakes, though I know those aren’t involved here! I swung by my local Marylou’s to grab an iced version and see if it lived up to my expectations.
