TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A Toledo man was arrested after police say he hit a victim in the face with a brick.
Louis Hiltman, 28, of Toledo, was charged with felonious assault after police said he hit an ex-girlfriend in the face with a landscaping brick.
