Starting Nov. 1, drivers in Bexar County will need to make sure their check engine lights are not on to pass mandatory emissions testing.
The test must be passed to be able to renew your vehicle’s annual registration sticker.
“Obviously all vehicles that are burning fuel have some level of emissions that they are burning,” Brandon Wurz said. There are legal limits that are set by the state and government. The whole purpose of the emissions test is to make sure that you’re in the legal limits.”…
