MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – A beloved Mobile restaurant is closing its doors after more than four decades in business.
Dick Russell’s BBQ — a fixture in the Tillman’s Corner community — announced Wednesday it will close for good. In a post on the restaurant’s Facebook page today, owners Jimmy and the DR family said Sunday, July 19th will be the final day of service, and that the time has come to “step aside and welcome all the new growth in Tillman’s Corner.”
The restaurant has served the community for over 45 years…
