UPDATE: Prosecutors seek bond revocation in fatal crash that killed 5-year-old

MOBILE, Ala. (NBC 15) — Mobile County prosecutors are asking a judge to revoke the bond of a Citronelle woman charged in a crash that killed a 5-year-old child last year.

Court records filed Tuesday show the State of Alabama filed a motion to revoke bond for Cheryl Lynn, who is on bond in a case involving charges of reckless manslaughter, first-degree assault, DUI, and third-degree assault.

According to the motion, Lynn was cited by an Alabama State Trooper on July 14 for driving 74 miles per hour in a 55-mile-per-hour zone near Gulf Crest Road in Mobile County…
