EAST COVENTRY TOWNSHIP, Pa. – After investigation, a police officer’s use of force in an officer-involved shooting that happened in late June has been justified, according to the Chester County District Attorney’s Office.
The incident happened on Monday, June 22, when an East Coventry Township police officer fired his gun at Joshua McFadden, who was attempting to strike the officer with a patrol vehicle.
