VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — There’s shattered trust in Virginia Beach after a series of smash-and-grabs at a quiet apartment complex a few miles from Town Center.
A look at the parking lot in the Brenneman Farm Apartments show, one after another, car windows that had been smashed.
