ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – A push to reopen some Beef-a-Roo locations became a joint effort between two local business owners.
Owner of Candy Cloud, Aled Edwards, joined forced with Tom and Jerry’s owner to buy out the shuttered Beef-a-Roo locations in the Rockford area.
