NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – Two men were arrested early Friday morning after a traffic stop in led to the discovery of cocaine.
Around 2:45 a.m., on July 17, North Charleston Police (NCPD) officers were patrolling the area of Rivers Avenue and Otranto Road when they spotted a car with a non-functioning rear brake light.
