Kalamazoo County might start giving free haircuts to indigent inmates

KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Kalamazoo County could soon begin providing haircuts to indigent jail inmates, those who have no money, who are facing court hearings.

Deputy Administrator Terrell Cole says it comes at the request of their court-appointed attorneys at Kalamazoo County Defender, Incorporated.
