A 27-year-old man was arrested in Stockton over the weekend for allegedly possessing a firearm in a vehicle.
Joseph Madden was taken into custody just before 7 p.m. Saturday after he was pulled over in a traffic stop at Lincoln Street and West Jefferson Street, according to the Stockton Police Department.
