Building despite water concerns
A court ruling has revived plans for Keystone Ranch, a proposed 719-home development in Patterson, California, near the Interstate 5 corridor.
Patterson rejected the project in April 2025 after raising concerns about groundwater supplies and the cost of additional water infrastructure. In June 2026, a judge ruled that the city’s denial violated California housing law, allowing the developer to seek approval again.
