CoPlay Cove is a café, licensed child care center, and coworking space all rolled into one. Located on the city’s Northside, not far from Hollywood Park, it was designed for busy people seeking support as they balance work, family, and personal needs. Its offerings include, yes, a hot vanilla latte but also a jungle-themed playground, sensory-friendly toys, and nearly a dozen private offices for rent.
“I kept finding myself having to choose between being productive professionally and being present as a parent,” co-founder Deepika Mittal told MySA. “If child care fell through, if I needed to attend a meeting, if I simply needed a few uninterrupted hours to think, there wasn’t a place designed for that reality. Coffee shops weren’t built for children. Traditional coworking spaces weren’t built for families. Child care centers weren’t built for parents who wanted to stay close by.”…
