Bob Reynolds Named Reach Higher! Award Recipient
The Reach Higher! Awards recognize City employees who exemplify excellence and demonstrate an exceptional commitment to service. Bob Reynolds, youth services manager for the library, has been named the recipient of the Spring 2026 Reach Higher! Award. Bob was instrumental in creating and launching the library’s new food pantry. From the beginning, Bob took ownership of every aspect of this initiative. He researched best practices, coordinated infrastructure, secured equipment, organized food resources, coordinated volunteers and built strong partnerships to ensure the pantry would be successful. Bob’s thoughtful planning and attention to detail ensured the project came together seamlessly. Bob’s work transformed an idea into a community resource that improves the lives of residents.
