NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – Authorities are investigating a late-night shooting at a Rivers Avenue bar and lounge.
Officers with the North Charleston Police Department responded to the Fabien Shopping Center just before midnight on July 28 after getting reports of gunfire.
