Rick Ross is adding a very Miami business move to his resume: a planned condo project in the city where he was raised. The rapper has joined the team behind EnSima, an eight-story development that would bring 670 residences and 165,000 square feet of retail to Miami Gardens.
According to Bisnow, Ross is partnering with EnSima Miami I, led by Shalom Arik Maimon, Ali Yesil and David Shapiro, along with Israeli mentalist Lior Suchard. The project was first announced in March for an undisclosed site roughly five minutes from Hard Rock Stadium.

The development is being marketed as more than a stack of condo units. EnSima’s website describes the project as a mixed-use neighborhood along the revitalized Northwest 27th Avenue corridor, with landscaped spaces, retail and shared amenities.
The design team includes Pininfarina, the Italian firm associated with Ferrari styling, while TerraForm Development is expected to execute construction.
