SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — Police arrested two people after allegedly leading police on a chase in Chula Vista Wednesday afternoon.
The San Diego Police Department (SDPD) said that officers spotted a stolen vehicle near the 6500 block of Reflection Drive. When police attempted to stop the car, the driver fled the scene.
