A 45-year-old Beaverton woman was identified as the victim of a fatal hit-and-run on Highway 26 near the Oregon Zoo on Tuesday.
Portland Police Bureau responded around 1:43 a.m. to Highway 26 where the found pedestrian Julie A. Fortin dead.
Officers said the involved driver had left the scene. No details about the vehicle involved have been released…
