Highway 26 reopens after truck spillage causes traffic backup

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Highway 26 eastbound has reopened after a truck spilled lumber inside the Vista Ridge Tunnel on Friday morning, according to the Oregon Department of Transportation.

At 10:15 a.m., ODOT said a truck spillage occurred at the Vista Ridge Tunnel, closing all eastbound lanes. The lanes reopened by 11:15 a.m.
