If you’re thinking of moving to a different house, yes, the floor plan is important. Of course, the size of the yard should factor in. Good school district? A must. But what you really need to be looking for is a nice neighborhood pool.
Of course, you shouldn’t base your entire decision on something as trivial as a swimming pool, but take it from me: especially if you have kids, it matters.
