ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — Atlanta police said they arrested a man in connection with a homicide in the Virginia-Highland neighborhood.
On June 24, officers responded to a call about a person down on the 700 block of Ponce de Leon Avenue NE, where they found an unresponsive man lying on the sidewalk.
Atlanta Fire and Grady EMS soon arrived and pronounced the man dead. Police identified him in a press release as “Mr. Webb.”…
