CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – A Cedar Rapids man who was trafficked out of his own home as a child says the abuse has never fully ended because images his step-father took and sold are still circulating on the internet.
Gage West said he was exploited for more than four years while continuing to attend school and church.
“I was a child going to school every day, going to church every day,” West said. “I was being exploited for over four years in my own house, right down the street on Oakland Road.”…
